If I could give 7 stars I would!!! Jacquie was incredible with every detail throughout the booking process - everything was smooth and all the thorough detail provided, in advance including groceries etc  helped us settle into  Villa Sanyanga.

I cannot speak highly enough about Jone the head of the house and our outstanding Chef  - the variety of different cuisines including Thai (which we ate a lot of) she can cook, really gave our group of 9 adults and 4 children flexibility throughout our week. The food was absolutely delicious and nothing was too much trouble - attention to detail was exceptional even to remember our friends and families individual eating requirements daily was amazing.

Didi the house driver was so attentive, punctual and very accommodating with all of our movements. Geoffrey and the house help were really attentive and very friendly.

What I loved the most about Villa Sanyanga management of this property for our stay, was the  full transparency of costs. Makes planning so much easier given the number of families staying with us.

The service was incredibly professional yet seamless and so very friendly. The house is absolutely stunning with so much space and very close to the beautiful Surin beach and lots of restaurants locally if the preference is to eat out.   Such a beautiful location!!!!  I would strongly recommend the Phuket elephant nature reserve as a very ethical elephant sanctuary - elephants are in thier natural surroundings.

Such a beautiful villa. We had a wonderful week with the family, 13 of us, with our every need catered for. Jone and her team were very attentive and kind. We ate well at every meal. Didi, the driver, was extremely helpful. The villa itself is big, with some lovely rooms, and the outdoor space is great. Villa Sanyanga was the most amazing holiday we’ve had, the space is an oasis in the hills with fabulous views of the sea on 2 sides, amazing accommodation and bathrooms (I have never been in bathrooms like these they are incredible), and great common areas. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. Special thanks to the team that looked after us as well, Jone, Didi, Jeffrey, Amy, Aom, and View were all absolutely wonderful and attentive and so sweet and kind to us going above and beyond all the time.
Booking was straightforward and informative, and logistics from the villa itself were also super easy even with the number of people that stayed. Jone’s cooking is incredible as well, restaurant quality but with home cooked comfort feeling. Can’t recommend enough!

Exceptional service and a wonderful stay!

The service is truly the highlight of this villa. The whole team, led by the villa manager, is incredibly attentive, kind, professional and reliable, always going the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Having a chef, housekeeping, laundry and a driver included is a huge advantage and really sets this villa apart.

The villa itself is beautiful, spacious and extremely comfortable. Being located up in the hills means we get a lovely breeze despite Phuket’s heat — and, as a bonus, hardly any mosquitoes! The view is beautiful, and the pool is a real pleasure.

We hosted a family reunion with 17 of us at Villa Sanyanga and it was by far the best experience we have had at our reunion!  Lily (Chef/Manager) did an amazing job tending to our meals, shopping for our food and meeting all of our needs / wants ensuring we were pleased with everything during our almost 10 day stay.  We rarely ate out as she and the team did an amazing job with all kinds of food.  Jone was awesome as she helped with the cooking and ensuring everything was perfect.  Jeffrey, Aoy and Aom tended to the villa to ensure laundry was done daily, everything was clean and they took great care of us.  DD drove us around in the mini bus and did an amazing job getting us everywhere safely and handling multiple requests.

The villa was awesome, we spent most of our time at the pool or on the pool deck.  We would highly recommend this villa to others and look forward to returning soon!

I recently spent a week at Villa Sanyanga and words cannot express how fantastic it was. From the welcome when we arrived, the friendliness and care we received, we cannot fault it. There were nine of us and due to the immense size and different levels of the villa, plus the numerous spaces for eating and relaxing, we certainly felt we had our own space.  What can I say about Lily the chef/manager? What a star!  We left her to chose our menus and every meal was incredible, with so many different flavours, textures and tastes.  She took my son to the market, an experience he won’t forget!  Joy was also so kind and helpful, looking after us all during meals and providing us with coffees and water from the moment we got up. Jone the driver was very accommodating and must have so much patience waiting for us in various places! The other staff were faultless with their cleaning, laundry and caring for the villa.
